Mr. & Mrs. Dude pixel art characters asset

Hi! My name is Lisa. I'm a freelance 2d artist who loves making art for games. I'm very used to all kinds of commissioned work but for a pretty long time I've been dreaming of making assets of my own, just the way I want them to be with no one to interfere. I'm a huge frog enthusiast, so choosing frogs as my first theme for an asset was a no-brainer.
I have quite a lot of animations planned for these characters (and even a tileset and a bunch of enemies and goodies if everything goes well), but I decided to make the asset public at a very early stage which would keep me accountable and hopefully give me as much invaluable feedback as possible (not sure if anyone would even stumble across my asset though cause I'm very new to itch.io).
I'd be happy if you download my frogs and make their lives richer with adventures you come up with. Let me know if anything needs to be fixed for easier implementation or if you have some specific sprites with these frogs in mind.

I'm planning to create several related assets with 5 biomes of the frogs' world:
1. Cake Valley
2. Chocolate Dungeon
3. Jelly Forest
4. Frog Village
5. Butterbeer Falls
I'm currently working on the first biome (Cake Valley).
I've written about it in one of the devlogs but I'll point it out here as well: I've decided that it would be best to resize all my frog animations to make them fit better with my tiles. I'll get to resizing the frogs' sprites after I finish the Cake Valley biome. From then on there will be two variants for each frog animation - a smaller and a bigger one.
Frog animations I want to create in the future:
- balance
- jump up
- crawl
- grab rope
- throw
- climb ladder
Bonus sprites:
- lizard steed

thank you! I've actually been wanting to get back to working on my assets for the last couple of weeks! it's been hard to find the time to work on these, but I'm still excited about them, so I'm not going to just drop them.

These are great! I love the personality conveyed in these animations. If I wanted you to do another frog toad/ would you be interested in my comission? I need a toad king kind of guy for the swamp level I want to do.
